NI-MAX crashes when disconnecting and reconnecting NI-SLSC chassis that connected on local LAN

When connecting more than two NI-SLSC chassis on a local LAN using a network switch, one or more chassis may intermittently connect and disconnect in NI-MAX, with the risk of NI-MAX crashes increasing when more than three chassis are connected.

Workaround:

Only connect up to two chassis on the same LAN.

Error -2147418113 returns when adding NI-SLSC chassis in NI-MAX

Attempting to create new NI-SLSC chassis in NI MAX returns error -2147418113.

Workaround:

The NI-SLSC Configuration VI example still works, so if you have LabVIEW installed you can run that to configure your hardware.
