The following items are notable issues fixed between the release of Package Manager 2023 Q4 and Package Manager 2024 Q1, including additional patches and service packs. Package Manager cannot access feed with path that exceeds max length

If a feed is placed at the path that is longer than Windows max path length, updating the feed fails. Creating a package in the same directory and creating and adding a feed with the above package still succeeds.

Detailed error information is not logged with this error.

Reduce feed path length.

'nipkg download' and 'nipkg feed-download' console output shows both percentage and bytes downloaded in percentage

The console output for 'nipkg download' and 'nipkg feed-download' formats download progress messages with incorrect formatting (percentage) for bytes.
