Degradation of DC Accuracy when using non-standard sample clock timebase rates with PXIe-5172 devices in driver software releases from 2022 Q4 through 2023 Q4

An improvement to the Self Calibration of the PXIe-5172 was added in NI-SCOPE 21.0. This only impacts users who use the NISCOPE_ATTR_SAMP_CLK_TIMEBASE_RATE attribute and set it to either 150 MS/s or 200 MS/s.

This improvement was mistakenly removed from several versions, including NI-SCOPE 2023 Q1, NI-SCOPE 2023 Q3, and NI-SCOPE 2023 Q4. It was re-added starting in NI-SCOPE 2024 Q1.

Workaround:

Install a version not impacted by the regression.
