[RDMA installer] ni-mellanox-winof2-core install error 1603
The NI-RDMA suite installer fails with error 1603 caused by the third-party Mellanox driver installer (MLNX_WinOF2-3_0_50000_All_x64.exe). The issue is consistently reproduced on domain-joined Windows machines.
Impact: Blocks installation of NI SmartNIC on domain-joined Windows machines. Workaround: 1. Set the Windows registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Installer\DisableAutomaticApplicationShutdown to 2
2. Install RDMA
3. Restore the key back to 1
