On the PXIe-4135/6/7 when Output Cutoff is triggered, it cannot be disabled without calling resetting the device

When Output Cutoff is enabled on the NI PXIe-4135, PXIe-4136, PXIe-4137, if a condition is reached which activates the cutoff on a channel, calling Reset with Channels will not clear the output cutoff condition. In this situation, the channel will continue to output a near-zero voltage and current.

Workaround:

Call Reset Device to remove the Output Cutoff condition.

An internal hardware error (-235140) intermittently occurs on PXIe-4135/6/7

On the NI PXIe-4135, PXIe-4136 and PXIe-4137, in certain situations, these instruments may return an internal hardware error (-235140) with the Self Test Code 268435457 in the error description.

    Workaround:

Perform a device reset on the instrument.

NI-DCPower Fetch and Measure may cause a system crash under very high CPU load when using the PXIe-4147, PXIe-4162, or PXIe-4163

When retrieving measurements from the PXIe-4147, PXIe-4162, or PXIe-4163, a race condition may cause a system crash (Blue Screen of Death). The likelihood of the crash increases with an increased number of simultaneous calls to niDCPower Fetch Multiple or niDCPower Measure Multiple (for example, when using a Parallel For Loop in LabVIEW).

    Workaround:

Serialize calls to niDCPower Fetch Multiple and niDCPower Measure Multiple.
Use niDCPower Wait for Event to wait for the Measure Complete Event prior to calling Fetch Multiple.
