gRPC NI-SCOPE Fetch Array Measurement crashes when requesting a partial waveform size

Setting the "meas waveform size" input to a value smaller than the actual waveform size results in LabVIEW crashing.

Affected API VIs:
niScope Fetch Array Measurement Cluster.vi
niScope Fetch Array Measurement.vi
niScope Multi Fetch Array Measurement Cluster.vi
niScope Multi Fetch Array Measurement.vi

Applicable SW versions:
MeasurementLink 2023 Q1
NI-SCOPE gRPC LabVIEW API 2023 Q1
LabVIEW 2020 and later

Workaround:

Request the full size of the waveform explicitly, use the default "-1" or leave the size unwired to avoid the crash.
