Actual Stress Time Values Logged in the CSV Report during A Stress Step Run Are Not as Accurate as the Final Value

When generating a CSV report, the actual stress time is logged in every datalogging interval during a stress step run and after the step finishes. Due to different calculation methods, the intermediate values are not as accurate as the final value.

Workaround:

Use the final value for analysis. Use the intermediate values only as rough references when the test is not completed normally.

Error 91 Occurred when Checking Data in the Result Viewer after Running the Stress N Terminal DUT Step where the Stress Mode is Custom or Linear Bias Sweep and the Measurement Mode Is Disable Measurement

In the WLR Test Soft Front Panel, after running a test plan that includes a Stress N Terminal DUT step when the stress mode is Custom or Linear Bias Sweep, and the measurement mode is Disable Measurement, if you view the results in the Result Viewer, and then select a different device ID, error 91 occurred and was reported in a dialog box indicating that the data type of the variant is not compatible with the data type wired to the data type input.

Workaround:

Click Continue to close the dialog box and keep using the WLR Test Soft Front Panel. The Result Viewer does not display any data when Disable Measurement is set in the stress configurations, and this error does not impact the sequence execution.
