Cannot successfully open RMX-400x examples from a LabVIEW project

Users encounter warnings or errors when opening the RMX-400x example VIs from a LabVIEW project. For example, some VIs and .mnu files attempt to load from an incorrect location when accessed via the NI RMX-400x Power Supplies.lvproj,

Workaround:

Navigate to C:\Program Files\NI\LVAddons. Right click on the rmx412x/rmx400x folder and disable the Read-only attribute. Run LabVIEW as an administrator (i.e. right-click the LabVIEW icon and select Run as Administrator). Open the project with RMX-400x examples. Modify the project to use the following path: C:\Program Files\NI\LVAddons\rmx412x. Save the project and relaunch LabVIEW. To succeed: The palette items must be accessible here: Instrument I/O > Instr Drivers > RMX-400x Power Supplies. The VIs must load without errors or warnings
