.NET TestStand Sequences Generated by RFIC Test Automation Wizard Do Not Work with Semiconductor Device Control Add-On for InstrumentStudio

When you execute a .NET TestStand sequence generated by RFIC Test Automation Wizard to take measurement with Semiconductor Device Control Add-On for InstrumentStudio, TestStand returns the following exception:
System.IO.FileLoadException: Could not load file or assembly 'SemiconductorDeviceControl'.

Workaround:

Build "Reference Design Libraries.sln" in the "<generated path>\Source" directory using Visual Studio. The Solution Configuration is Release, and the Solution Platform is x64.

RFIC SFP Cannot Demodulate EVM for LTE Multi-Subblock Signal When VSA Shares VSG LO

The following error returns if the RFIC SFP generates an LTE multi-subblock signal when the local oscillator (LO) is shared between VSA and VSG.
When performing LTE multi-subblock measurements, if "LO Sharing" is "Share SG LO", "LO Setting Mode" cannot be "Automatic".

Workaround:

Turn off LO sharing by setting LO Sharing to Not Shared on HW Configuration»VSG.

RFIC SFP Cannot Display All ACP Measurement Results for NR Multi-Subblock Signal

When the VSG generates an NR multi-subblock signal, the RFIC SFP displays only the maximum ACP measurement result of the subblocks.

Workaround:

View the ACP measurement results in the RFmx SFP.

RFIC SFP and Test Automation Wizard Cannot Work with Focus Tuner When OS Language Is French or German

The RFIC SFP and Test Automation Wizard cannot parse data from a Focus tuner when the OS language is French or German. 
The driver of Focus tuners uses period (.) as decimal points. When the OS language is French or German, the OS uses comma (,) as decimal points.

Workaround:

Change OS settings to use period (.) as decimal points.
