Packages that call console applications during uninstall always display a console window

Packages with an instructions file that contains a custom execute element that targets a console applications during uninstall incorrectly displays a console window when the hideConsoleWindow attribute is set to yes.E.g. <customExecute root="ProgramData" exeName="executable.exe" hideConsoleWindow="y"/>

Workaround:

There is currently no known workaround for this issue.
