LabVIEW FPGA Module 64-bit missing from Embedded Control and Monitoring Suite 64-bit

Workaround:

This issue is resolved in Patch 1 for the Embedded Control and Monitoring Suite 2022 Q3 release in both NI Package Manager and on the software download pageAlternatively, LabVIEW 2022 Q3 FPGA Module 64-bit can be installed separately via NI Package Manager or the software download page.
