Test Monitor does not attach large test reports to SystemLink

TestStand report files over 80 MB are not uploaded to SystemLink and attached to the corresponding test result.

Workaround:

Ensure your report files are smaller than 80 MB or transfer them manually.

Complete the following steps to ensure the report is unique to each DUT if you are using the batch process model:
  1. Navigate to Configure > Results Processing...
  2. Select the Options... icon in the Report row.
  3. Select the Report File Pathname tab.
  4. Configure the report to be created per DUT.

Battery test package files cannot be removed once submitted through the BatteryTestPackageLoader

Once battery tests package files are submitted through the BatteryTestPackageLoader, they cannot be removed from the database of the server.

Workaround:

Submitting a package file with the same name updates the existing configuration. In this case, the old version is archived and used only by existing test plans. Submitting a configuration with a different name results in a new test plan.

The Embedded Data Logger and SystemLink custom devices display error 1162 when opening their right-click menus

The Embedded Data Logger and SystemLink custom devices display Error 1162: "LabVIEW: (Hex 0x48A) Cannot find one or more tags" when opening their right-click menus in the VeriStand System Explorer.

    Workaround:

Use the icons in the top bar of the Veristand System Explorer for most of the right-click menu functionality.

If needed, temporarily relocate or remove the following files when working with the configuration of these custom devices in a VeriStand system definition file and then restart VeriStand:
    • %Public%\Documents\National Instruments\NI VeriStand 2021\Custom Devices\National Instruments\Embedded Data Logger\Custom Device Embedded Data Logger for Web API.xml
    • %Public%\Documents\National Instruments\NI VeriStand 2021\Custom Devices\National Instruments\SystemLink\Custom Device SystemLink for Web API.xml

After restarting, return the files to their original locations after accessing the required right-click menu options and closing VeriStand.
