Overview
The NI PXI-4220 is a full-featured input module for quarter-, half-, and full-bridge sensors, such as strain gages, load cells, and pressure sensors. Bridge configuration, excitation, amplification, and filtering are fully programmable per channel. In addition, the PXI-4220 provides simultaneous-sample-and-hold capability to eliminate phase delay between channels. Each input channel of the module includes a 9-pin D-SUB connector for easy connection to bridge sensors and programmable shunt and null calibration circuitry to improve measurement accuracy by eliminating gain and offset errors.
