Overview

The PXIe-4151 provides programmable DC power up to 300 W. Additionally, this power supply features output disconnect functionality for isolation from the device under test (DUT). You can use the PXIe-4151 to streamline automated test systems design for a wide range of applications—from aerospace and defense to automotive and semiconductor component test—by eliminating the need to mix multiple instrumentation form factors in a given test system and simplifying synchronization.
