cRIO ECAT S

The cRIO ECAT S is a rugged EtherCAT slave module addition to any CompactRIO chassis. To program the module, you can use LabVIEW FPGA Interface mode. You can easily connect other module I/O available in the same chassis to your EtherCAT network. You can also daisy chain multiple modules installed in the same or different CompactRIO chassis to expand time-critical applications to higher channel counts while maintaining hard determinism with minimal processor resources. ThecRIO ECAT S also supports distributed hardware clock synchronization signals using the SYNC0 signal. The cRIO ECAT S is compatible with only CompactRIO systems.
