26.5 GHz 2-port Automatic VNA Calibration Accessory

Overview

The CAL-5501 contains characterized impedance standards used to automatically calibrate the S-parameter performance of the PXIe-5633 vector network analyzer (VNA). With RFmx VNA software controlling the CAL-5501, you can perform a vector S-parameter calibration up to 26.5 GHz on the 5633 VNA with a single connection to the calibration kit improving accuracy and speed while also reducing calibration errors.
