NI TestStand Resources

First Steps with TestStand

1. Download and Install TestStand

If you haven’t already, you can download TestStand.

Installation begins with NI Package Manager. After the download is complete, follow the prompts to install TestStand and any required add-ons.

2. Activate Your License

After installation, the Activation Wizard will open. You can activate TestStand by logging into your NI account or entering a serial number.

3. Review the TestStand Tutorial

If you aren't sure where to begin, review the TestStand Getting Started tutorial to get an overview of the TestStand environment, how to build a basic sequence, basic debugging tools, and building your first deployment.
