NI FlexLogger Resources

First Steps with FlexLogger

1. Download and Install FlexLogger

If you haven’t already, you can download FlexLogger.


Installation begins with NI Package Manager. After you install NI Package Manager, follow the prompts to install FlexLogger and any required drivers.

2. Activate Your License

After installation, the Activation Wizard will open. You can activate FlexLogger by logging into your NI account or entering a serial number.

3. Create Your First Project

Launch FlexLogger and go to File » New » Project. Save your project and begin configuring hardware, channels, and logging settings.


Install and connect your NI hardware. FlexLogger is compatible with most NI-DAQmx-supported hardware. 


FlexLogger automatically discovers supported devices and displays them in the Channel Specification.
