Accessing Online Training Using an Access Code

I purchased an NI online training course and received an access code. How do I use this access code to begin my online training?

Users who purchase NI Online Training Courses individually will receive an email with an access code valid for 6 months or 1 year, depending on the specific purchase. The access code must be registered with your NI User Account to launch the course.

1. Log in to your NI User Account on ni.com.
2. Visit https://www.ni.com/en/support/redeem-code
3. Enter your Access Code.
4. Click Submit.
   If your access code is valid, the course name, purchase date, and expiration date will be displayed on the page.
   If your access code is invalid, contact services@ni.com for assistance
   If your access code is expired, visit NI Education Services to purchase a new course.
