- Where do I find my order invoice?
- How can I download an invoice?
You can obtain an order invoice from a list of current and past orders found through the Order Details page.
- Navigate to the Your Orders page. From this page, you can view a list of current and past orders, along with information such as order number, order date, cost, items included in the order, and more.
You can also search through your list of orders by using filters including end customer, date, and status.
You will need to be logged in to your NI User Account. Learn more about how to log in to your NI User Account or how to create an account. - Select the Order Details link next to the appropriate order in your order history.
- Click Download Invoice, and select your invoice from the list in the dialog box. Your copy of the invoice will be downloaded as a PDF.
The option to download an invoice is not available to you if you are not the primary customer.
Alternatively, you can look up a specific order and download the order invoice by searching by order number and ZIP code or PO number. This method of retrieving an invoice is especially useful if you are trying to locate an order not linked to your NI User Account.
- Navigate to the Your Orders page.
- Enter the NI order number or PO number in the search field. After you've located the order, follow same steps as above to download an invoice.
The NI order number was provided to you in the Sales Order Acknowledgement email. If you didn’t make the purchase, contact your purchasing agent or the person who placed the order for the number.
In some regions, the invoice will not be available until the order has cleared customs. Please email customerservice@ni.com if you need an invoice prior to it being available on the Order Details page.
