You can track the shipping and delivery status from the Order Status page.
- Navigate to the Your Orders page. From this page, you can view a list of current and past orders, along with information such as order number, order date, cost, items included in the order, and more.
You can also search through your list of orders by using filters including end customer, date, and status.

- Select the Order Details link next to the appropriate order in your Order History.
From the Order Details page, you can check whether your order is pending, shipped, or in progress. You can view the purchase date, the expected or actual ship date, cost, the shipping address and the shipping carrier, and the items included in each shipment.
To view detailed tracking information on the shipping carrier's website, click the Track your Shipment link.
If this particular order is not linked to your NI User Account, click Save to my orders. The order will now appear on the Order Status page.

Alternatively, you can look up a specific order and track it by searching by order number and ZIP code or PO number. This method is especially useful if you are trying to locate an order that is not linked to your NI User Account.
- Navigate to the Your Orders page.
- Enter the NI order number or PO number in the search field.
The NI order number was provided to you in the Sales Order Acknowledgement email. If you didn’t make the purchase, contact your purchasing agent or the person who placed the order for the number.
