Changing Auto-Renewal Preferences
You can update whether you want to be enrolled in NI’s auto-renewal program for single-seat subscriptions and software service agreements using the Manage your software page.
Note: Subscriptions are prepaid and not refundable. However, you can reassign the software license to another employee for the duration of the license term.
Requesting a Renewal Quote
If you are not enrolled in the auto-renewal program, you will receive an emailed quote for renewal. If your subscription or service agreement has expired, you can request a renewal quote using the Actions menu on the Manage my software page. Alternatively, you can email a request to services@ni.com.
Automatic Renewal of a Software License or Service Agreement
Approximately 60 days before the end of your subscription term, you will receive a notification, confirming your invoicing details and giving you ample time to change payment information, modify your subscription, add or change a PO number, or cancel, if needed.
- If all the information is correct, no further action is required until you receive your invoice.
- If any of the information must be modified, you can modify it online. You may modify your billing information up to 30 days before the invoice date.
NI will automatically invoice you on the expiration date of your subscription software license or service agreement.
