- How do I renew my existing volume license agreements (VLAs) and multi-seat licenses?
Three months prior to the end of your service agreement, an NI representative will contact you to provide you with a renewal quote. Within 30 days of receiving this quote, submit a log file from Volume License Manager (VLM) tool. The representative may suggest changes based on the log file and present a new quote.
You can pay for your service agreement renewal by sending a purchase order to services@ni.com or the representative, or you can use your quote to check out online. The price will be 25% of the list price of the perpetual software included in your agreement. Late payments increase the price you will pay for renewal.
