When ordering or making payments using ni.com, the shipping and billing addresses associated with your account are used by default. You can change your preferred addresses at any time from your account dashboard.
You can also update this information during the checkout process.
- After you have added items to your cart and started the checkout process, you will be able to choose your shipping options and review your default shipping address.
If you need to change the shipping address, click the Update address link under the current listed address. From here, you can add a new address. When adding a new address, you can also choose to make this new address your default shipping or billing address.
- From the Payment and Review step, you can review your default billing address or change it if needed.
If you have already placed your order, you can contact us to change your shipping address if your order has not shipped yet.
