Requesting Software on USB Flash Drive

This article answers the following questions:

• How can I request physical installation media, such as DVDs or USB drives, for NI software and hardware?
• Does NI ship physical installation media with software or hardware purchases?
• Am I able to request physical media due to internet restrictions that prevent me from downloading software from ni.com?

NI has moved to a digital delivery mechanism for installation media, and no longer ships physical media for drivers with our hardware kits. All customers are encouraged to download the software that they need.

USB flash drive installers are available upon request at no additional expense if your subscription software license or software service agreement is valid. Otherwise, you must purchase a USB installer. NI will no longer provide DVD installers; only USB installers are available.

If you are using an Academic Volume License and need physical media to install software, contact your site administrator.
