As senior vice president and general manager of the aerospace, defense, and government (ADG) business, Luke Schreier is responsible for driving business growth and defining the products, services, and capabilities required to meet the unique needs of NI’s customers in the market.

Since joining NI in 2001 as an applications engineer, Schreier has held leadership, product management, and marketing roles across the entire portfolio of modular instrumentation and PXI platform products, with an emphasis on the aerospace and defense application space. He has been heavily involved in the company’s automated test product and go-to-market strategies for more than 20 years.

Since taking over the ADG business, Schreier has directed the development and delivery of capabilities ranging from large-scale structural test to digital transformation consulting to radar target generation. In close collaboration with key leaders across the industry, Schreier's team has helped improve the mission readiness of assets across defense, space, and commercial aviation.

In addition to his role at NI, Schreier is also a board member of SET GmbH, a leading supplier of test systems for the aviation and semiconductor industries. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln.
