VCSEL I-V Test Software

VCSEL I-V Test Software helps you perform high-speed pulse testing to characterize the performance of the vertical-cavity surface-emitting laser (VCSEL) devices.

VCSEL I-V Test Software is a software add-on that assists you in creating and deploying VCSEL I-V test applications. With this add-on, you can perform compensation to measure the path losses of every signal path, compensating for every VCSEL I-V Test subsystem channel. Additionally, VCSEL I-V Test Software helps you perform I-V measurements in serial or parallel mode if the VCSEL I-V Test Subsystem contains multiple channels. The VCSEL I-V Test Software includes examples to quickly start compensation and I-V measurements or to create your own applications.
