Biomedical Standards

The Biomedical Standards DataPlugin for FCS-3 supports reading, writing, and importing of the data file standard for flow cytometry, version 3 (FSC 3).

The Biomedical Standards DataPlugin for FCS-3 provides support for FSC 3 files in the .fcs file extension. The FSC 3 provides specifications for a complete description of flow cytometry data sets stored in files containing the experimental data.
