NI-DCPower 21.5 Known Issues

Overview

This document contains the NI-DCPower known issues that were discovered before and since the release of NI-DCPower 21.5. Known issues are performance issues or technical bugs that NI has acknowledged exist within this version of the product.

 

Not every issue known to NI appears on this list; it is intended to show the most severe and common issues that you may encounter and provide workarounds when possible. Other technical issues that you may encounter could occur through normal product use or system compatibility issues. You may find more information on these issues in NI’s Product Documentation, Knowledgebase, or Community.

PXIe-4162 does not meet the Maximum source update rate spec of 100000 S/s

The specifications for the PXIe-4162 state that the sourcing value can update as quickly as 100,000 S/s. Starting with NI-DCPower 20.6, a bug reduced the maximum source update rate to be approximately 80,000 S/s.

The maximum source update rate can only be reached when the source delay is set to 0 seconds.

    Workaround:

    Use a version of NI-DCPower 20.5 or earlier.
