The following items are notable issues fixed between the release of NI-DCPower 20.7 and NI-DCPower 21.0, including additional patches and service packs. Some SMUs return an incorrect measurement when using advanced sequences with a change to aperture time and multiple steps
This is an issue with PXI Source Measure Unit models NI PXIe-4135 through PXIe-4145. In cases where the sequence has a commit step, this issue occurs if there is a subsequent step that uses a non-default aperture time. In other sequences with multiple steps but no commit steps, this issue occurs if the steps use different aperture times.
If the sequence has a commit step, use the default aperture time for all the steps.
If the sequence has multiple steps but no commit step, use the same aperture time for all the steps.
