The Electronics Functional Test Module for TestStand is a software add-on that provides a set of tools for electronics functional test (EFT) sequence development, execution, and result processing using TestStand. This add-on features a scalable architecture to reduce custom code development and implement best practices for automated test equipment (ATE). The add-on provides capabilities for automated test sequences, including a manufacturing operator interface, configuration-based hardware and measurement abstraction layer, SQL database interface with offline result storage and reporting, and other architectural components. Additionally, the Electronics Functional Test Module for TestStand includes code modules and drivers to interface with NI and third-party instruments.
