The PXIe‑5693 works as part of any spectrum monitoring receiver to add preselection and preamplification capability for radio monitoring, interference detection, spectrum regulation, and related applications. It features 16 fixed‑tuned suboctave bandpass filters and notch filters to suppress the TV band and FM band, providing more fidelity to track and detect jamming or unwanted signals. To assist in system-level calibration, the built-in calibration tone tunes over the entire frequency range of the preselector module to correct flatness response. In addition, you can use it to remove the voltage standing wave ratio mismatch error between the modules in the RF/IF chain in the PXIe‑5667 PXI Vector Signal Analyzer.
You can request repair, schedule calibration, or get technical support. A valid service agreement may be required.
