A: Yes, we will provide full refunds automatically to anyone who has registered and paid for the conference.
Q: When can I expect to receive my refund?
A: NI will process refunds as soon as possible but you should receive it no later than June 30, 2020.
Q: Will NI reimburse my lost travel expenses?
A: NI is not able to reimburse lost travel expenses.
Q: I made reservations for a hotel or short-term rental for NIWeek 2020. What should I do?
A: If you made a reservation through NI’s official room block, your reservation will be cancelled automatically, and you do not need to take further action.
If you made a reservation directly by contacting a hotel or short-term rental or through a rental travel site like Orbitz, Airbnb, or Expedia, your reservation will not be automatically cancelled. You should contact those businesses directly to cancel your reservation.
Q: Can I have my registration transferred to NIWeek 2021?
A: We are not opening registration for NIWeek 2021 at this time but will communicate to all customers and partners when registration is available.
