NI’s Response to the Evolving COVID-19 Situation

We’re here for you. In today's unique situation, now and always, the health and safety of our customers, community, and employees is our number one priority. Beyond this, we’re stepping up with how we can support you. Whether you are directly combating a response to COVID-19, supporting our way of life with the technology and services we all need, or just trying to make it through uncertain times, we at NI are here to help.

Our Commitment to You

We are continuing to closely monitor the rapidly evolving situation regarding COVID-19. We have two main priorities: Caring for the health and safety of our NI team members, their families, and our communities, and doing everything we can to help take care of the needs of our customers and partners.

Because this situation is fluid and could change quickly, all NI facilities have updated their response plans. We also are working with our supply-chain partners to evaluate secondary risks to minimize delays in shipping and critical-material sourcing.

We continue to monitor and adhere to guidance issued by national and local governments, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the World Health Organization. NI also is committed to helping ensure the integrity of our customers' and partners' business supply chain. We continue to make every effort to mitigate disruptions while striving to protect the health and safety of our employees and customers.  Let’s stay connected during this unprecedented time: Please reach out to your NI team, as we are here for you.

Priority Response

NI is committed to supporting any engineer who is contributing directly to COVID-19 applications. To do this, we’re expediting the products and services utilized for testing critical medical devices and medical research in response to COVID-19. We’re also granting free access to our technical support engineers for customers who need help with medical test applications. We also can connect you with our partners who can aid in developing your test station. These partners currently support deliveries internationally and have indicated they are ready for immediate deployment to support manufacturers ramping production to help protect patients and health care workers wherever they are in need.

Enable Every Engineer

NI is committed to providing access to the tools and systems that help you be successful. To do that, we are offering free NI online training courses. To keep developing wherever you are working, NI offers free software trials, to aid your productivity without delay. Also, take advantage of free LabVIEW WebVI cloud hosting for six months using SystemLink cloud services, giving you remote data and control applications access. NI currently is meeting normal service level agreements for order fulfilment, shipping, and repair, to minimize disruption to your business.

Community Wellbeing

We at NI couldn’t be prouder of the communities that support our customers, partners, and employees. We recognize and return this support through financial donations to the All Together ATX fund and other nonprofit entities. NI also supports employees via open access to senior leadership during regular, scheduled virtual chats encouraging clear communication, confidence, and trust. Employees are urged to spend time collaborating, talking and empathizing with the wider NI team, including customers, suppliers, fellow employees, and personal support networks and families.
