PXIe, 2-Channel, +15 V, +10 A PXI Source Measure Unit—The PXIe-4133 is a VCSEL I-V test instrument that helps you test vertical-cavity, surface-emitting lasers (VCSELs) with pulsed-forward current measurements up to +10 A, +15 V (in quadrant one), reverse leakage current measurements up to -40 V and -100 uA (in quadrant three), and reverse voltage measurements up to -100 V and -100 uA (in quadrant three). You can use the PXIe-4133 to perform pulsed-forward current measurements with a true current source. This VCSEL I-V test instrument supports pulse widths as low as 5 us. You also can use the PXIe-4133 to trigger and to synchronize with other PXI instruments or third-party boxed instruments for photodiode measurements, such as SMUs, oscilloscopes, digital multimeters (DMMs), or custom measurement circuitry.
