The Getting Started Wizard incorrectly shows per Windows user account.
The Volume License Manager Getting Started Wizard will show on different Windows user accounts. If there are multiple administrator accounts, each account will walk through the Getting Started Wizard when they first open Volume License Manager. However, the second account to walk through the wizard won't be prompted to install the license file and sees similar menus to a user who has just upgraded Volume License Manager.

Backup licenses don't work for users that contain spaces in the username
When using user-based licenses, if a user's username contains a space, it can successfully check out licenses from the Volume License server. However, if connection to the server is lost, the backup license that gets automatically generated will not work for that user.

Workaround: User computer-based licenses.
