Opening a Database

Open and load a database file.

  1. Do one of the following:
    • Select File » Open File.
    • Click Open Database on the Database Editor Start page.
    • Click Open Database in the left pane.
    The Open Database window opens.
  2. Browse to the location of the database file. Select the file, and click Open. The database file is loaded in the editor, and the navigation pane shows a tree view of the open database.
