Label to ROI (G Dataflow)

Converts a label image into an ROI.

Multiple contours are added to an ROI if more than one particle is present for the respective label.

Reference to the image containing the image label that is transformed into a region of interest.

Array of label numbers.

The label number must match the labels in the label image.

Limit of points that define the contour of a region of interest.

Standard Error Behavior

The ROIs are converted from the labels in image. The number of contours in an ROI is equal to the number of particles for a label.
