VCSEL Draw I-V Curve VI

Plots the I-V curve based on the current-voltage relationship that the VCSEL Calculate I-V Point VI generates.

session handle in specifies a VCSEL session.

I-V points specifies the current-voltage relationship.

voltage (V) specifies the voltage across the DUT.

current (A) specifies the current that flows through the DUT.

pulse on time (s) specifies the period of time when a single pulse maintains high voltage level. The valid range of pulse on time (s) is 5 ns to 10 μs.

pulse duty cycle (%) specifies the ratio of pulse on time (s) to the total period of a pulse waveform in percentage.

channel index specifies the identifier of the channel under test.

error in describes error conditions that occur before this node runs. This input provides standard error in functionality.

session handle out returns the VCSEL session.

I-V curve returns an XY graph to present the current-voltage relationship.

plot names returns the plot name for each I-V curve. The plot name comprises pulse on time (s) and pulse duty cycle (%).

error out contains error information. This output provides standard error out functionality.
