  • Full impedance configuration: no connection
  • Half impedance configuration: DUT load board
5 HIGH SPEED PULSE PRIMARY BNC (female) High speed pulse signal output; also passes SMU Force HI DUT load board
6 SCOPE OUT BNC (female) 100× attenuation output of signal from HIGH SPEED PULSE PRIMARY to allow an oscilloscope to measure the pulse signal; 50 Ω source termination 50 Ω oscilloscope input channel
