Adding Analysis Automation Procedures

Upload analysis automation procedures to automatically analyze data.

Create an analysis automation procedure (.anp) in DIAdem, Python, or Jupyter and save it to a folder which you can access from the SystemLink server.
  1. In Analysis Automation, click Instance on the dashboard.
  2. Click Procedures» and choose an analysis automation procedure.
  3. Choose a workspace to determine which users can work with this procedure.

    SystemLink always saves the analysis results to the default workspace.

  4. Click OK.
  5. Click Apply to accept the settings. The analysis automation procedure displays under Procedures.

    If you don't have sufficient privileges, the Approved column displays this icon indicating the procedure is pending approval. A user with permissions to approve or reject procedures needs to click »Approve to approve the procedure.

To execute analysis automation procedures, you need to add tasks.
