Adding Analysis Automation Procedures

Upload analysis automation procedures in Analysis Automation to automatically analyze data. You create analysis automation procedures in DIAdem, Python, or Jupyter. Analysis automation procedures have the file extension .anp.

Create an analysis automation procedure and save it to a folder which you can access from the SystemLink server.
  1. In Analysis Automation, click Instance on the dashboard.
  2. Click Procedures»Add and choose an analysis automation procedure.
  3. Choose a workspace to determine which users can work with this procedure.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Click Apply to accept the settings. The analysis automation procedure displays under Procedures.

    If you don't have sufficient privileges, the Approved column displays a red check icon indicating the procedure needs approval. A user with permissions to approve or reject procedures needs to click »Approve to approve the procedure.

To execute analysis automation procedures, you need to add tasks.
