Returns the 1st order priority assigned to the 802.1AC grandmaster clock used by the time reference associated with this session.
This property is used in the execution of the Best Master Clock algorithm (BMCA) and cannot be modified. This property can range from 0 to 255. A lower value denotes a higher priority.
