Use these nodes to configure a digital pattern instrument.
Use the Pin Map nodes to interact with or create pin maps.
Use these nodes to configure low-level settings of pin maps and pin groups if you are not loading a pin map file using the niDigital Load Pin Map node.
Specifies whether digital pattern instrument channels are controlled by the PPMU, Digital, disconnected, or off. Changes take
effect immediately.
Use the Levels and Timing nodes to configure levels and timing. Levels and timing can be configured through levels and timing sheets or directly through
configure node parameters.
Use the Levels nodes to program the voltage levels, termination mode, and active load levels on each channel or pin of a digital pattern instrument
when not using levels sheets.
Use the Time Set nodes to program time sets for a digital pattern instrument when not using timing sheets.
Use these nodes to measure pin propagation delay using Time-Domain Reflectometry (TDR) and to apply delay values to the pins of a digital
pattern instrument.
Use these nodes to load and unload digital patterns and to specify patterns to burst.
Use these nodes to configure triggers.
Use the PPMU nodes to configure the current and voltage levels that the PPMU outputs or measures to the DUT.
Use the DC Voltage nodes to change channel settings when the channel is configured for DC voltage.
Use the DC Current nodes to change channel settings when the channel is configured for DC current.
Use the Frequency Count node to configure measurement time for frequency counters.
Use the History RAM nodes to configure History RAM cycle information.
