Fetch EVM Results VI

Version:
Last Modified: August 28, 2020

Fetches the composite root mean square (RMS) error vector magnitude (EVM) and peak EVM at the beam peak position with the specified Frequency, Beam index, and Polarization.

Selector String

Specifies a selector string composed of the signal name and the result name.

If you do not specify the signal name, the default signal instance is used. If you do not specify the result name, the default result instance is used. The default is "" (empty string).

Example:

  • "signal::sig1"
  • "result::r1"
  • "signal::sig1/result::r1"
spd-note-note
Note

Add the signal:: and result:: prefix to the value of the signal and result name. Separate the signal and result name with a forward slash.

Session Handle in

Specifies the OTA session.

Frequency

Specifies the frequency.

Beam

Specifies the antenna beam index.

Polarization

Specifies the antenna polarization.

0 The horizontal polarization.
1 The vertical polarization.
2 Both horizontal and vertical polarization.

error in (no error)

Describes error conditions that occur before this node runs. This input provides standard error in functionality.

Session Handle out

Passes a reference of the OTA session to the next VI.

Composite RMS EVM Mean

Returns the mean value, in percent, of the RMS EVMs calculated on all configured channels over the slots at the position that has the beam peak power.

Composite Peak EVM Maximum

Returns the peak value, in percent, of the RMS EVMs calculated at the position that has the beam peak power.

error out

Error information. This output provides standard error out functionality.
