Defining Your Test Configuration

Last Modified: April 2, 2021

Set the conditions and logging behavior of your project.

Before you define your test configuration options, create a FlexLogger project and configure your hardware.
  1. Configure the Logging Specification document—Define the logging behavior of your project.
    1. Add test property information, such as operator and DUT, to your project.
    2. Use test properties and other metadata as placeholders for log file names and locations.
    3. Enable and configure triggers to control the start and stop of data logging.
  2. Add an event in the Test Specification document—Define conditions that trigger system behavior and specify the behavior.
  3. Lock a configured project—Lock your configured project to prevent unwanted changes.
After defining your test configuration options, run your test.
