(ECUTS-16001) Replacing the Test Rack Panel Fans

    Equipment

    • #2 Phillips screwdriver
    • Flathead screwdriver
    • Hex driver
    1. Power off the ECUTS-16001.
    2. Remove the six screws on the fan plate using the #1 Phillips screwdriver.
    3. Move aside the fan plate to expose the top of the test rack.
    4. Disconnect the fan assembly power supply cables from the WAGO nuts.
    5. Remove the #4-40 screws from the safety shutoff thermostats using the #2 Phillips screwdriver.
    6. Remove the fan plate from the test rack.
    7. Remove the #4-40 jackscrews from the underside of the fan panel.
    8. Install the #4-40 jackscrews in the replacement fan panel.
    9. Place the replacement fan plate on the top of the test rack.
    10. Replace the safety shutoff thermostats on the new fan panel using the #4-40 screws and the #2 Phillips screwdriver.
    11. Screw in the #4-40 standoff screws to the safety shutoff thermostats using the hex driver.
    12. Connect the fan assembly power supply cables to the WAGO nuts.
    13. Screw in the six screws to the top of the fan plate using the #1 Phillips screwdriver.
