Converts a Boolean FALSE or TRUE value to a 16-bit integer with a value of 0 or 1, respectively.

A scalar, an array, a cluster of Boolean values, an array of clusters of Boolean values, and so on.
0, 1
0 if Boolean is FALSE and 1 if Boolean is TRUE.
