Specification Compliance Manager is a web application designed for managing product specifications and measurement data compliance across the life cycle of a semiconductor product. It can also facilitate specification-driven automation workflows across measurement disciplines.

Use Specification Compliance Manager to define new products and specifications for those products, upload measurement data for a product, compare the product specifications and data to determine compliance, and adjust relationships between measurement data and product specifications.
