将延迟错误转换为警告

指定 DAQmx－等待下一采样时钟 、 DAQmx读取 和 DAQmx写入 是否将延迟错误转换为至警告。直到执行 NumOfWarmupIters 指定的预热循环后，NI-DAQmx才会返回最近警告或错误。
